Community Center Maintenance and Improvements
We are so thankful for the hall, arena and playground that brings the community together. You can play a part in helping us to maintain and improve these areas.
Donate Money to the Recluse Trust
Funds are used to purchase items and services needed to maintain the hall and it's surrounding arena and playground.
Purchase Items
These items would not only be to help maintain, but also bring desired improvements to the Community Center.
Volunteer
Every event and community facility is held together by volunteers. Giving of your time is a valuable gift we appreciate. If you'd like to help out, send us a message through the 'Yes, Count Me In!' form on this page. Here are a few of the ways you can volunteer:
- Attend Clean Up Day to spruce up the hall.
- Attend the Playdays and help resetting the arena after each course.
- Come early to events to assist the Trust in setting up.
- Host a community event (a small hall rental fee will be needed).
- Clean up after events.
- Help maintain the grounds during spring/summer.
The Angel Fund
Very often there are unspoken needs and small hardships within our community. It is easy for all of us to see or respond when there is a major tragedy in the life of one of our own, but it is much harder to respond to those less dire situations. The Recluse Community Trust created the Angel Fund to address these situations.
This fund is not to solve anyone’s financial troubles, we know we cannot do that. However, we can certainly provide a small blessing from our community to a family in need of a little hope from time to time. If we can even provide a message of support and enough money to help with one bill, or buy someone’s child a special birthday present in an otherwise tough year, or just let our neighbors know we care and are thinking of them, we will consider this endeavor a success. Do not hesitate to let any of the Recluse Trust members know when you hear of one of our neighbors having a tough time.
